Where we ship: Within the United States only.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during holidays process the next business day.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days after shipping. Estimated total delivery is 5–8 business days from purchase.
Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum required.
Carriers: Shipped via trusted partners including UPS and FedEx.
Tracking: Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost package? Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (with photos when applicable) and we'll help resolve it quickly. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window: Within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Not eligible: Made-to-order or custom products, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing or production, it can no longer be canceled.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location, and your total is always shown before you pay. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
