Return window: Within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Not eligible: Made-to-order or custom products, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

The set is intended primarily for the included artificial pampas or other dried and faux stems. Do not fill it with water or use it for fresh flowers unless the selected supplier variant has been independently confirmed as watertight.
