Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Modern Wall & Decor partners with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship orders directly to customers.


Shipping Times

Because our products are made to order and shipped from third-party fulfillment partners, delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

-Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

We currently ship to:

- United States

(International shipping may be added in the future.)


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update

  • Some shipments may arrive in multiple packages


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


Delays

Modern Wall & Decor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience during these circumstances.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Modern Wall & Decor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Modern Wall & Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
