Return window: Within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Not eligible: Made-to-order or custom products, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

The supplier identifies the product as ceramic but does not confirm that the interior is watertight. We recommend styling it with dried or artificial botanicals or placing a waterproof floral liner inside before adding water or fresh stems.
