Return window: Within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Not eligible: Made-to-order or custom products, clearance or final sale items, and gift cards.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

No. The Aveline is supplied as one unframed cotton-canvas print, and the styled frames shown in lifestyle imagery are illustrative. Select a compatible frame or work with a local framer; hanging hardware should be chosen based on the final frame weight and your wall construction.
Is the surface actually raised and textured?
The design uses detailed printing, highlights, and shadows to create the appearance of layered sculptural waves. It is not a hand-painted plaster or raised impasto artwork, which makes it easier to frame and coordinate while maintaining a dimensional visual effect.
